The competition develops analytical thinking, effective communication, teamwork and a culture of compromise. After training, students go through written and oral evaluations; finalists negotiate in groups formed on the day and are assessed by an expert jury. In 2026 the winning group shared 250,000 TL and the runner-up group 100,000 TL.
