TÜBİTAK's national Informatics (Computer Science) olympiad: a first-stage multiple-choice exam held in all 81 provincial centres, followed by a summer school, second-stage exam, national medals, winter school and team selection for regional and international olympiads.
The Informatics (Computer Science) branch of TÜBİTAK's 2202 Science Olympiads Programme has a 50-question, 150-minute multiple-choice first-stage exam. Students above the committee's cut-off are invited to a summer school and the second-stage exam; medallists (gold, silver, bronze) go on to the winter school and team selection exams that pick Türkiye's teams for regional and international olympiads. Girls who score well in Informatics may also be invited to prepare for the European Girls' Olympiad in Informatics.
