BSIP is TCF's structured, volunteer-driven awareness programme in which young interns act as ambassadors of education. Over a 6-8 week cycle, guided by Chapter Heads, participants give 8-10 hours a week to raise awareness about Pakistan's education crisis, engage communities and organise fundraising activities. TCF lists leadership, communication, fundraising and project-management skills among the benefits, and a visit to TCF schools. Chapters run in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad and Islamabad, with remote participation for other locations.
