Established in 1988 and run by the Oklahoma State Regents, the award helps cover room, board, tuition, books and fees for up to eight semesters. Scholars keep it by staying full-time, completing 24 credit hours a year and keeping a 3.25 GPA; students at public institutions also receive a tuition waiver.
