School coach registration through the 2027 linked university high-school product; up to 2 teams/school per division, subject to confirmation.
National/state membership and a validated Division C roster: up to 15 members, maximum 7 twelfth-graders.
Only eligible school/home/virtual-school teams; comply with one-school/one-division and state validation policies.
Each student’s parent/guardian-signed minor responsibility, liability, indemnity and publicity waiver.
Each student’s medical information and parent/guardian consent for emergency medical/mental-health treatment.
Adult responsibility/liability/publicity waiver for each accompanying coach or parent.
Submit completed forms through official upload/email or bring them to check-in; pay required fees.
Prepare permitted event materials and comply with 2027 rules, safety and academic honesty.
