An eight-week paid biomedical or computational research internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering for local high-school juniors, with a mentor, laboratory project and professional development.
Interns develop a project supporting a principal investigator’s research, participate in lab meetings and learn about translational science. Areas include cancer biology, chemistry, computational genomics, engineering and imaging, immunology and drug development. The program runs June 29–August 20, 2027, about 40 hours weekly, with all eight weeks required. Using research outside the lab requires the PI’s permission.
