LLRISE (Lincoln Laboratory Radar Introduction for Student Engineers) teaches students how to build small radar systems. Participants are challenged to build a Doppler and range radar using creative problem solving, working with highly talented scientists and engineers. The program is held at the MIT campus in Cambridge and at Lincoln Laboratory in Lexington, Massachusetts, and students live in MIT dormitories.
