Organised under MEB with Bursa İl Millî Eğitim Müdürlüğü as coordinator and the 15 Temmuz Derneği as partner, the contests aim to strengthen students' awareness of democracy, national will and unity. Ortaokul students compete in painting, poetry and unity stories; lise students in short film, folk-song choir, poster and slogan, photography, poetry and unity stories.
