BCA's Program Pemagangan Bakti is a one-year apprenticeship as a frontliner (customer service / teller) for Indonesian SMA/SMK, diploma and bachelor graduates aged 18-24, with a monthly allowance, training and a completion scholarship allowance.
Magang Bakti prepares fresh school-leavers for the banking sector. Participants work as customer service or teller frontliners at BCA branches, receive training, a monthly allowance, leave, health allowance, a certificate and a scholarship allowance at the end of the programme. A separate vacancy (online account-opening customer service) exists for D3/S1 graduates only.
