KJP Plus is Jakarta's flagship education aid programme. It supports the 12-year compulsory education programme by paying a monthly personal-cost allowance and, for private schools, a monthly school-fee (SPP) contribution. Recipients must follow conduct rules (no bullying, brawls, drugs, frequent truancy, etc.) or face withdrawal of funds.
