Summer school · In person
IIT Delhi's flagship STEM mentorship programme for girls in Classes 9-12 from the Delhi-NCR region, combining lectures, lab sessions, alumni talks and mentoring in phases through the year.
Manasvi is run by IIT Delhi's Academic Outreach and New Initiatives office to improve female representation in STEM careers. Each day of the summer phase begins with an informal session, then academic and leadership sessions with IIT Delhi faculty and senior women, lab sessions and talks by alumni with different career paths. The 5th cohort differed from earlier ones in that every participant came from a government school in Delhi-NCR.
