A full Korean government scholarship for a bachelor's degree in Korea. Applicants from Uzbekistan can apply through the Embassy Track via the Korean Embassy in Uzbekistan, or directly to a GKS university through the University Track.
GKS, run by NIIED, is Korea's main government scholarship for international students. For about 280 undergraduates a year (156 via the Embassy Track and 130 via the University Track in the 2027 cycle), it pays for a year of Korean language training followed by an associate or bachelor's degree. Fields cover the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, engineering, and arts and physical education. Embassy Track applicants choose up to three universities, at least one of which must be a Type B university.
