A Quebec program that recognizes secondary students and projects for community engagement through school, regional and provincial selection, with the AVENIR trophies and scholarships.
Forces AVENIR recognizes student engagement. For secondary schools there are three categories: Projet engagé (a student or group of students running a project in arts, mutual aid and justice, entrepreneurship, environment, health, science and technology, or society and communications), Personnalité engagée (leadership balanced with studies) and Personnalité persévérante (overcoming academic difficulties). Selection runs from a school committee to regional juries in four poles and a national jury, with the Gala Forces AVENIR and university scholarship attestations for some winners.
