Leadership and volunteering · Hybrid
A national leadership programme of the Directorate of SMA (Kemendikdasmen) that selects grade 10-11 students as peer ambassadors for a one-year term, through an essay, profile video and staged selection.
Duta SMA gives students a stage to voice education issues, set an example for peers and run a follow-up plan during their term. Awards include Duta SMA Nasional (two participants), Terinspiratif, Informatif and Advokatif. Assessment covers personality, communication and public speaking, leadership, national insight, contribution and motivation, and understanding of the ministry's priority programmes.
