DECA's International Career Development Conference (ICDC) is the culmination of the DECA year, gathering more than 25,000 high school students, teacher-advisors, business professionals and alumni. More than 10,000 members compete in DECA's Competitive Events Program in marketing, finance, hospitality, management and entrepreneurship hoping to be named international champions; others join the Emerging Leader Series, the School-based Enterprise Academy and 100+ college and career exhibits.
