A CAREERS initiative that gives Indigenous students in Grades 10 to 12 in Alberta paid internships to explore careers and gain work experience.

The program is designed to increase equity and access to education and employment for Indigenous youth. Students earn credits toward graduation for every 125 hours spent learning with a business, with placements in skilled trades, ICT, health care, agriculture, energy, transportation, business and environment/forestry.
