Participants train toward the Army Reserve Basic Military Qualification with classes in a variety of military subjects and culture experiences led by Elders. After the program they can stay in the CAF (Regular, Reserve or Canadian Ranger) or leave, and may arrange career-experience credits with their high school guidance counsellor.
