Overview

BIO5 places interns in university research teams for six weeks after a training week. Faculty, graduate students and laboratory mentors supervise assigned projects in bioscience, biomedicine or data science. Interns complete preparation assignments, work at least 35 hours weekly, attend Science Seminar and present a research poster at the final showcase. Three MCB college credits are available through successful participation.
