Summer school · In person
An eight-day pre-university summer programme at the Aga Khan University in Karachi where high school students explore a career field, meet counsellors and subject experts and experience campus life. The 2027 dates have not been announced; the 2026 programme ran 16-23 June.
Students attend one non-credit course of their choice, plus personal development sessions and one of three Creative Arts options, and receive a written evaluation and report that can go into a university dossier. There are no letter grades. Staying in the AKU residence is optional, and limited financial assistance is available. AKU evaluates applications on mark sheets and essays, and places per course are limited.
