Choices now covers India, in English and Hindi

Choices now covers India. We added 317 programs for high school students, available in English and Hindi, and 102 of them are open for applications right now.

India is one of six new countries added to Choices.

What's new

Students in India can now browse scholarships, competitions, summer schools and more in one place, in the language they prefer. Each program links to the organizer's own official site.

Many upcoming programs have not announced a deadline yet, so they show the most recent cycle until the new dates are published. National Scholarship Portal windows differ by state, so those are shown as rolling.

What's inside

• 317 programs in total
• 102 open now and 215 upcoming
• By type: 121 scholarships, 98 competitions, 51 summer schools, 29 olympiads, 10 research programs, 4 grants, 3 leadership programs and 1 internship
• 92 programs do not state a fee on their pages, so their funding is marked as unconfirmed

What is next

We will re-check India from December to February. We are still looking for more programs in the Northeast states, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gujarat and Assam, and for festivals whose sites we could not read yet.
