Organised under the Youth Union Secretariat's plan (2026: Plan 441-KH/TWĐTN-KHCN of 10 February 2026) with the Centre for Science, Technology and Young Talent Development (CYTAST) as standing body. Categories in 2026 included programming skills for primary, lower-secondary, specialised upper-secondary (teams of 2) and non-specialised upper-secondary students; creative products (teams of up to 2, may have a teacher mentor); and computational-thinking maths for primary and lower-secondary students.
