A four-day paid in-person work experience scheme at Travers Smith in central London for Year 12 students from socially mobile backgrounds, run with Rare Recruitment. Applications close on 8 November 2026.

Participants learn about law and business, build presentation and negotiation skills, practise interviews and CVs, and meet people from departments such as IT, HR, business development and marketing. Participants receive £350 compensation paid in February 2027.
