Two strands: the in-person Target Oxbridge programme (160 places: mentoring by a Black or minority ethnic Oxbridge graduate, one residential and one day visit to Oxford or Cambridge, academic sessions, admissions-test and interview workshops, application feedback) and the online Target Oxbridge Digital (up to 500 students).
