NCERT's annual online yoga quiz, run for the Ministry of Education since 2016 as a follow-up to International Day of Yoga; separate quizzes for girls and boys at each school stage.
A 25-question MCQ quiz (4 marks each, no negative marking, 48 seconds per question) based on NCERT textbooks and the yoga textbook 'Yoga: A Healthy Way of Living'. Ranking is by correct answers and then time taken. Every participant downloads a digital participation certificate; first to fourth rank holders in each stage and category get merit certificates. Schools and States are encouraged to run creative-expression activities (poems, essays) on the yearly theme.
