A scheme of the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Board, which runs welfare schemes for workers who contribute to the Labour Welfare Fund. The educational incentive rewards the children of such workers who secure the first ten ranks in the 10th and 12th standard public examinations in each educational district.
