Teams of secondary-school or university students build remotely operated and/or autonomous underwater vehicles that complete mission scenarios.

The competition aims to spread the design of original underwater vehicles nationwide. Teams submit a Technical Qualification Form and a Critical Design Report, then send sealing, manoeuvrability and mission videos before the final; there are Basic (Temel) and Advanced (İleri) categories.
