A free pre-university course in Mathematics, Physics and Academic English at Tashkent University of Technology (Tosh Tech) for Grade 11 pupils and final-year lyceum and technical-college students who plan to study engineering. Admissions are open now.
The Foundation Programme is Tosh Tech's free preparatory course for future engineers, run by its pre-university centre. It gives intensive preparation in Mathematics, Physics and Academic English (the page also mentions Statistics/Probability), combining theory, practical classes and regular assessment. The curriculum was developed jointly with Constructor University (Bremen, Germany). In the first intake (2025/2026), 300 applicants studied for free, 140 reached the final assessment and the 27 best graduates received a 100% state grant for Tosh Tech bachelor's programmes without entrance exams. Participants who did not keep up the required academic standard were not admitted to the final exam.
