Combine online preparation with a residential week in Okinawa, using interdisciplinary lessons and fieldwork to build a team social-impact proposal.
Natsu Project, a Japanese social enterprise, runs a small international summer programme combining mentor-led lessons, cultural and creative activities, community fieldwork and residential exchange. In Impact Lab, teams investigate a real-world question, gather evidence and develop a human-centred proposal for a final pitch. The 2027 residential base is Onna Village in Okinawa. Online preparation is required. Mentors and speakers participate personally; their universities do not operate or endorse the camp, and individual speakers and activities may change.
