A yearly multi-stage olympiad in chemistry, biology and physics for final-year school pupils, run by Jizzakh State Pedagogical University. Pupils who take 1st-3rd place in the final stage are recommended for admission to the university. The 2027 round has not been announced yet.
Jizzakh State Pedagogical University holds a multi-stage olympiad in chemistry, biology and physics for final-year pupils of general secondary schools. The university says it runs the olympiad to carry out Presidential decrees PQ-4805 (chemistry and biology, 2020) and PQ-5032 (physics, 2021). Its stated aim is to find pupils gifted in chemistry, biology and physics and prepare them for olympiads at higher levels. The 2024 announcement says pupils who score highest and take 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in the final stage are recommended for admission to the university. In 2025, three winners were announced in each subject, all from schools in Jizzakh Region.
