A new free UK national geography quiz for post-16 students, run through schools in a fortnight in November 2026; strong scorers can be considered for the UK team for the International Geography Olympiad.

Students complete a 45-minute, 60-question quiz in their own school. Students scoring 50/60 or higher can ask to be considered for the UK team for the International Geography Olympiad; that process is run separately from the GA.
