Korea's largest national cyber attack-and-defence contest, hosted by the National Intelligence Service and NSR, with a youth division for ages 9-18: an online qualifier followed by an offline final in Seoul.
The Cyber Conflict Exercise (CCE) has been held since 2017 by the National Intelligence Service and the National Security Research Institute to raise public cyber-security awareness and develop future cyber talent; a youth division for middle and high school students was added in 2022. The online qualifier covers vulnerability assessment and incident response (web hacking, pwnable, reversing, forensics, cryptography); the top 10 youth teams reach the final, which adds blockchain and AI challenges. A free online practice range (CCE 모의체험) opens before the qualifier.
