A Tamil Nadu government talent-search examination for Class 10 students of government schools (Paper I Mathematics, Paper II Science and Social Science). 1,000 students (500 boys and 500 girls) won a monthly scholarship in the 2025 edition.
The examination identifies talented students of government schools and encourages them with a monthly scholarship. According to the DGE press release of 11 June 2025 (Tamil), 1,000 students (500 boys and 500 girls) are selected and receive ₹1,000 a month for 10 months a year (₹10,000 a year) until the end of undergraduate studies. The DGE page publishes model question papers and key answers for Paper I (Mathematics) and Paper II (Science and Social Science).
