Reach for Excellence is the flagship widening participation programme at the University of Leeds, now in its 20th year. It supports students with the potential to access a top university but who may not have considered research-intensive higher education, through subject taster sessions, study skills workshops, impartial guidance, finance sessions and a residential summer school. There are 200 places each year.
