1 million won for middle and high-school students in the Jeonnam area from families with two or more children (including a child aged 18 or under) and income at or below 150% of the median; selected once a year in the autumn round.
The scholarship eases the burden on families with many children. Selection: income 100 points, number of children (bonus up to 20 points), local community activities (bonus up to 10); ties go to families with more children, then lower income. Only one student per household.
