1 million won for middle and high-school students in the Jeonnam area from low-income, multicultural, single-parent/grandparent, North Korean defector, disabled or national-merit families; applied for at the local community centre.
The equal-opportunity scholarship supports recipients and socially disadvantaged groups. 213 students (middle school to university) were planned in spring 2026. Selection: income 70 points, essay 30 points, up to 10 bonus points for local community activities; only one student per household.
