IIT Delhi professors give lectures and laboratory demonstrations for high school students in a series of weekend sessions; schools nominate students of Grade 9 and above (up to four per school).
Sci-Tech Spins is an academic outreach initiative of IIT Delhi for school students, especially of Classes 9 to 12, to bridge the gap between academia and society and to encourage school students, especially girls, towards STEM higher education. Lectures are given in informal, dialogue style by IIT Delhi professors working on cutting-edge research, with PhD students contributing. Attending students are also invited to IIT Delhi's annual Open House.
