Haryana pays the school and college fees of the state's CBSE toppers: one boy and one girl who rank first at state level in the CBSE Class 10 and in the Class 12 examinations, for up to the end of graduation. Applications are open on the Har-Chhatravratti portal until 31 December 2026.
Two students (one boy and one girl) who stood first in Haryana in the CBSE annual Class 10 and Class 12 examinations get an incentive equal to their annual school or college fee. Class 10 toppers receive up to Rs 25,000 a year until the end of 10+2 and up to Rs 1,00,000 a year until graduation; Class 12 toppers receive up to Rs 1,00,000 a year until graduation, in any stream. Payment is by DBT. There is no income limit. Selection: Class 10 applicants need 92% or more in English, Science and Technology, Mathematics, Social Sciences and the best one of the remaining subjects; Class 12 applicants need 90% or more in English and the best four other subjects (Science, Commerce or Humanities); vocational students are excluded.
