Run by the specified non-profit corporation Eiga Koshien as a film contest for high school students ('eiga worldcup'). Any theme or genre is accepted, up to 45 minutes. Groups can be official school clubs or informal groups of friends, and members may come from different schools. Judges are announced on the official site, and the best films are presented at the annual December event in Tokyo.
