The Ministry of Education's annual contest in which middle and high school students (and adults) use education public data and generative AI to plan ideas for future education; elementary pupils have a separate AI promotional-video division.
Hosted by the Ministry of Education with the 17 regional education offices and run by KERIS, the contest aims to raise interest in education public data and build students' AI and data skills. In 2026 the student idea-planning division produced 69 winning entries out of 153 total winners (3 grand prizes, 36 top prizes, 104 excellence prizes, 10 encouragement prizes across divisions).
