Covers the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and its rules, consumer dispute-redressal machinery, e-commerce, dark patterns, mediation, advertising norms, legal metrology and food-safety laws, and bodies such as the CCPA, National Consumer Helpline, e-Jagriti and BIS. Prizes: Rs 10,000 / 7,000 / 3,000 for the top three, ten consolation prizes of Rs 1,000 and an e-certificate for every participant.
