English National Ballet's talent development programme for dancers aged 8+ from African Diaspora, Caribbean, South Asian and South-East Asian backgrounds, with mentoring, experience days and audition preparation. Auditions for the 2027/28 cohort are planned for June 2027.
Mentoring and professional insight sessions, audition preparation and toolkit days, creative workshops, experience days at English National Ballet's Mulryan Centre for Dance, intensive weekends and Nutcracker audition and performance opportunities. Since 2022 it has supported 35 dancers, 90% of whom progressed to full-time vocational ballet training.
