Brazil's PEC-G programme offers tuition-free undergraduate places at Brazilian universities to citizens of partner countries including Türkiye; applicants without Portuguese can first take the PEC-PLE language year.
PEC-G (Programa de Estudantes-Convênio de Graduação) is run by Brazil's foreign and education ministries; Türkiye is on the list of participating countries and MEB also publishes the call for Turkish students. Up to 700 students are selected for PEC-G and 700 for PEC-PLE each year. Students commit to return home after graduating.
