Palaeontological Society of Japan High School Poster Session - 176th Regular Meeting, January 2027 (日本古生物学会 高校生ポスターセッション)

A free poster session for high school students held at the Palaeontological Society of Japan's January regular meeting, where students present research on fossils, evolution, ecology, stratigraphy or sedimentary environments to palaeontologists and compete for poster awards. The 176th meeting takes place at Waseda University, Tokyo, on 29-31 January 2027.

Each presenter gets an A0 board and explains their work during a roughly one-hour core time when many researchers visit the posters. Research must concern the evolution, ecology, stratigraphy, sedimentation or environment of fossil (or living) organisms, and must not repeat a presentation already given elsewhere unless it adds new data or interpretation. Judges award Excellence and Encouragement prizes at the evening award ceremony.
