A free leadership training program for high school and university students across Japan, combining online sessions, on-demand learning and a two-day residential workshop in Tokyo on 'shared leadership' and life skills. The 2027 edition has not been announced yet.

Run since 2022 by the Kamenori Foundation with the NPO Seishonen Ikusei Shien Forum (JIYD), KAFL brings together high school and university students to learn 'leadership exercised by everyone' rather than by one person in charge, plus life skills, multicultural coexistence and how to respond to social issues. About 20 participants are selected.
