Goa Gagan Bharari Shiksha Yojana for OBC (Dhangar) Students, Post-Matric (2026-27)
An extra monthly maintenance allowance from the Goa Directorate of Social Welfare for OBC (Dhangar) post-matric students who get the Post-Matric Scholarship, with an additional disability allowance. Applications for 2026-27 are open until 30 November 2026.

A state top-up to the centrally sponsored Post-Matric Scholarship because its maintenance allowance does not fully cover food and travel. Eligible students get an extra Rs 750 a month (day scholars) or Rs 1,500 a month (hostellers) for ten months of the academic year, plus Rs 750 a month for ten months as an additional disability allowance where applicable.
