Republican Science Projects Competition 2026–27 (RKNP, Daryn)

RKNP is the Ministry of Education's flagship research competition for school students, run in four strands: science and technology (physics, engineering, Earth and space sciences), mathematical modelling (mathematics, applied mathematics, computer science, economics), environment and health (chemistry, biology, environmental and human health) and history and society (history, social studies, local history, ethnocultural studies, linguistics, literature). Final defences are held as an open exhibition following Regeneron ISEF standards. In 2026 the humanities final alone had 370 students with 293 projects.
