STEMS is an open-resource exam with relaxed duration and original conceptual questions that favour creativity over rote learning. About 35-40 of the best scorers across the four disciplines are selected for a sponsored 3-day residential camp at CMI with guest lectures by leading experts; past selectees include IMO and IOI medallists.
