CBSE's annual science exhibition on the theme 'STEM for Science, Technology, and Innovation for a Sustainable and Viksit Bharat': school teams show projects at a regional exhibition and the best go to the national exhibition.
Projects fall under seven sub-themes: AI for better life, green energy and environmental conservation, mathematical modelling and computational thinking, health-hygiene-sanitation, indigenous agricultural practices, science for rural transformation, and disaster management. The best 14 exhibits at each regional venue go to the national level; national winners are recommended for the NCERT Rashtriya Bal Vaigyanik Pradarshani 2027 and may get direct entry to the IRIS science fair in 2027-28.
