Non-repayable monthly scholarship from Türkiye's Directorate General of Foundations for associate and bachelor's students in need, including new first-year students.
Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü awards higher-education scholarships under its 2013 regulation to students at higher-education institutions in Türkiye, scored with an official evaluation scale within open quotas. Students may apply to both KYK and VGM, but those who receive a KYK grant cannot keep the VGM scholarship (KYK loans are compatible). The 2026-2027 window closes on 31 October 2026, so this record tracks the next cycle.
