The Biology branch of TÜBİTAK's 2202 Science Olympiads Programme has a 100-question, 150-minute multiple-choice first-stage exam. Students above the committee's cut-off are invited to a summer school and the second-stage exam; medallists (gold, silver, bronze) go on to the winter school and team selection exams that pick Türkiye's teams for regional and international olympiads. A functional (non-programmable) calculator is allowed in the Biology exam.
